Student Travel Award

Congratulations again on the acceptance of your papers! Thanks to anticipated support from the National Science Foundation (NSF) of the United States and our sponsors, the conference plans to offer about 35 student travel awards. These awards are intended to help offset the cost of attending the conference. The exact amount and type of grant will be determined by the selection committee, with awards ranging from $500 to $800.

If you are a student author interested in applying, please submit your application using the Google Form below, along with the required materials:

Please submit your application by TBD AoE, for full consideration.

Please note: Travel award funding is pending final approval and is contingent upon NSF budget confirmation later this year. If awarded, reimbursements will only be processed after funding is secured; therefore, please retain all your travel receipts.

If you have any questions regarding the student travel awards, please don’t hesitate to contact our Student Travel Award Co-Chairs at TBD.
